We know that this integrated supply line, where the renewable feedstock is owned or contracted by the bio-fuel refinery, represents the 2nd generation biodiesel business model. This protects International Biodiesel, from feedstock shortages or price increases, that have had a devastating effect on 1st generation refinery only, fuel suppliers.

This vertical integration, of the entire supply chain, is exactly the way current, large petroleum companies, such as Exxon / Mobil maintain their operations. All the way from the oil well, to the pump. In our case, "From the Fields to the Pump".

The key elements, that will ensure success, for any project are:

• Strong US, EU, Middle East, Asian and other regional government ties, through direct relations and joint venture partnerships.
• Our ability, to lease on a long term basis and cultivate government land, and/or contract with individually owned farms, for our feedstock plantations.
• An experienced, knowledgeable, international management team.
• Employment of modern plantation planting and cultivation techniques, to maximize yield.
• The establishment of multiple, geographically distributed plantations, starting with Cyprus and then expanding to other parts of Europe, Asia, Africa and South America.
• This geo-distribution, minimizes our risk from weather events, and geo-political disruptions
• Another benefit to having a distributed plantation and refining infrastructure, is that it allows us to engage global customers, while minimizing our distribution costs.

Additional important elements to success are the establishment of a strong research and development department, to focus on the following key areas:

• Maximizing plantation yield through plant nutrient optimization, hybridization, and the pioneering of new nursery techniques, and plantation nutrient delivery systems
• Continuous improvement of the refining process, to include solid bed fixed catalyst, and optimizing the fuel refining processes, to provide for additional fuel customers. We can also produce, ethanol, kerosene, gasoline, JP-8  and other aviation fuels for use in jet aircraft.
• Research and development of viable algae growth and fuel production techniques.

International Biodiesel is at the center of a perfect storm comprised of the following 3 elements:

Demand; in the form of sky-rocketing, international demand of bio-fuels, for mandatory blending with traditional fuel.

Capability; in the form of a highly motivated, experienced, international management team. This team collectively has the political and business connections, and the industry knowledge necessary to execute on any plan.
