Dane Woods - CEO/President

Mr. Woods is successful serial entrepreneur and accomplished businessman. He is CEO/President of International Biodiesel Inc, Carbon Management Inc, and Sustainable Development Group Inc. Mr. Woods is also a significant equity partner in Carbon Diversion Inc, a proprietary bio-mass technology licensed with the University of Hawaii. Dane is currently a partner in “Go Green Consulting, LLC”, his partners include Cruz Bustamante, former Attorney General and Lieutenant Governor for the state of California, Paul Fickas a nationally respected political consultant, and Paul Galindo, a former lobbyist and consultant for the energy sector.

Cruz Bustamante is a lifelong native Californian and has held the second highest office in the state. Cruz is also known for his 2003 runoff election race for the governorship against current Governor, Arnold Schwarzenneger. He is now Managing Partner for Go Green Consultants LLC. Go Green LLC, is a business and governmental green consulting firm providing organizational, legislative, budgetary and regulatory services.  The range of clients includes: foreign & US companies expanding in the US market, commercial and residential development firms seeking project financing, a private equity fund seeking commercial mix-use projects, municipal governments, school districts, land-use, environmental, technology, the cruise line industry and tribal governments.
